I love this definition of wellness from Pfizer. They define wellness as “the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving.” My hope is that the supplements and tools found on this page will support you in your search for healthy habits and help you THRIVE.
