Happy Monday my friends 🙂

Some changes will be taking place here on my social media at Sustainable Transformation Health Coaching, LLC

I love the daily posts and engagement, but as many of you will understand, it is SO time-consuming. It can take away from other things so I'm needing to refocus my time and energy so that I can provide more value, encouragement, and be my best for those in my area who I want to serve.

I will still be using this platform for providing some information, fun, and encouragement, but the posts and engagement will be at a minimum. For those who have become like friends, feel free to hop over to my personal FB page. That's where I'll be🙂

Yep, that's me... resorting to singing and dancing with the kitten until she decides she's had enough😂

For real though, transition phases of life can be hard to navigate, especially if we don't like change, and we can neglect to take care of ourselves as we try to adjust.

I don't pretend to have all the answers, but what I can give you is encouragement and heath and fitness tips to help you feel your best as you learn to thrive in a new phase of life.

Like I said, I'm still learning to navigate kids in college, starting a business, and lots of change from being a homeschool mom. But what I am determined to do is enjoy the little things, keep taking care of my mind, body, and soul, and thrive🙂Who's with me🙋‍♀️

Today's message is different because it's weighed

Today's message is different because it's weighed on my heart today to share.

We lost my oldest brother to a tragic illness in the summer of 2020. There's not a day that goes by that we don't think of him, and I know the same is true for many of you who have experienced the loss of a sibling.

We may not talk about it much because we don't want to upset or trigger others grief, but it's important for us to take care of ourselves to and allow ourselves to feel the feelings when they arise no matter how much time has passed since the loss.

There are some things that I've found that help me take care of myself on days I'm feeling grief.
❤️One is practicing gratitude and living in the present.
❤️Another is physical activity. It's a great way to release stress and pent up emotions.
❤️and sometimes we just need to be still and feel it for a moment
❤️For me, my faith is another place where I find peace and comfort.

I'm not a therapist or mental health professional, and if you are struggling in your grief, they are one who can offer help. I'm just here to encourage you, validate you in your grief, and be a person who gets it and cares🫶
