It can be difficult to implement healthy foods and activities into everyday life, but I am here to offer help and support as you make changes into your routine so that you can reach your goals.

Like many of you, I desire to live life to the fullest while striving to find balance in family, work, and community. Let’s be real, life gets busy, throws us curve balls, and can leave us struggling to figure out healthy lifestyle changes to improve our quality of life. I get it because I’ve been there myself!

I’m a wife, mom of two, and nurse who put my career as an RN on hold when I began homeschooling my children. Through the pause in my career, I began to realize a growing need for support outside of the doctor’s office or clinic. That’s what led me to seek a certification in personal training and nutrition coaching. 

I understand that everyone has their own path. What works for me may not work for you, and what works for you may not work for me. That is why my mission is to instill hope and motivation while providing information and choices to help YOU identify sustainable health and wellness goals and support your efforts in achieving those goals through lifestyle changes. I focus on small steps to healthy habits that are maintainable. No extreme diets or extreme workout routines here!

For me staying active, managing stress, and fueling my body with healthy foods gives me the balance to enjoy life. I love nature, running, karate, and following my family on all their activities and adventures.
