“Your current thinking creates your current life.” I heard this statement in a training session back in January. Our thoughts are so powerful!
A few days ago, I was reminded of a few verses from the Bible. They are verses that were used in my life when I was struggling to overcome a time of weakness.
Do you ever have times in your life where things just do not go the way you think they should? I am pretty certain the answer from everyone is a definite, “YES!”
Still, some may wonder, “Why would a registered nurse dive into the world of health coaching?” The short answer is prevention.
In my last post, I touched on finding health in different life seasons. Today, I’m diving into thoughts.
This morning I looked at my breakfast and remembered a time. There are seasons in life…I think when it comes to our health and fitness, it is important to be mindful of these seasons in life.
Being intentional means making a deliberate choice and effort that will propel you toward what you want to achieve or accomplish.
Last week I introduced the basics of healthy habits that can help take us from a life of merely surviving to a life of thriving.
The topic of last week’s blog was finding beauty in heath. That can raise some questions about health. The first question that may come to mind is, “What is the definition of health?”
Would life look differently if we put as much effort into our health as we put into beauty? How would that affect us as women and our daughters?
