I think all of us will agree that love is a beautiful thing. 1 John 4:16 states, “God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”
My energy is restored in quietness. However, even for me in the quietness, especially during seasons of waiting, it can feel as though nothing is happening.
We do not often look on brokenness as beautiful. I know because I have been there too, and the brokenness is hard. It feels so ugly and hopeless.
We often think of strength in physical terms, but there is so much more to strength than muscle and being physically strong.
Do you believe that you are worth taking care of? Do you believe that you deserve to feel good? I get that life is busy, but your health depends on this.
We see extremes in many areas of life. Whether it comes to politics, opinions, religion, and health, people can take things in two opposite directions.
Consistency helped me gain my life back. The boring part of healthy habits is so worth it when it allows you to be anything but basic in the way you enjoy life!
